1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and stays at Calidum Boutique Suites (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking accommodation via our Website, booking engine, or third-party platforms, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
2. Reservations and Minimum Stay
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Rates and Payments
- Rates vary by season and are displayed in the booking engine at the time of booking.
- Indicative rates (per night):
- Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards or bank transfer through our secure booking engine.
- All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Non-Refundable Plan: Non-refundable bookings are approximately 10% cheaper but are not eligible for refunds.
- No-shows and early departures are charged in full.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 16:00.
- Check-Out: By 11:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur fees.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must follow all property rules and respect other guests.
- Guests are liable for any property damages during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Pets: Allowed on request only and must be pre-approved.
7. Third-Party Booking Platforms
- Bookings made via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms and conditions.
- Platform-specific cancellation, refund, and payment policies may apply.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the terms on the booking platform they used.
- In case of discrepancy, the stricter policy between our Terms and the platform’s Terms applies.
8. Property Rights
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, cancel reservations, or request guests to leave for:
- Breaches of these Terms.
- Illegal activity or behavior that threatens safety or comfort.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings.
- Guests should ensure adequate travel insurance coverage.
- Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, etc.).
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Calidum Boutique Suites operates. Disputes will be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
